Health Happenings

Today, I go in for a Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES) - what a mouthful (no pun intended). They will be putting a teeny tiny camera in through my nose that will sit at the top of my throat and will allow the health care professionals an opportunity for a closer look at my swallowing in real time. Kind of my first action flick, if I want to think of it that way.

The hope is that we can get closer to some causes for my problem and not just reviewing and treating my symptoms. Novel idea, I know. Gosh! I can't put anything past you guys.

On my sensitive situation of Friday: I am doing better and mommy is trying to get me back into the Pediatrician for a follow up. What I can tell you now is thank goodness for IV antibiotics.
