It's a Zoo Out There!

Saturday morning mommy and daddy took me to walk where the real wild things are, The Phoenix Zoo. Daddy brought my Radio Flyer wagon and mommy had the sunscreen and hat for me. I was excited, even though I have been here before.

Here's a quick run down and some pics of the trip which lasted about 2.5 hours.

1. First stop, Tortoises. Gosh they are big. They kind of freaked me out.

2. Next stop, Elephants. MIA. Bummer.
3. Onward to the Jaguar stop. MIA. Bummer number 2.
4. Pulling the wagon myself with the parentals following to the petting zoo. The pony scared me, but I brushed a goat and check out a sheep.

5. Monkey Village was the next adventure, where I ran into school pal, Evan!

6. Rhinos, Baboons and the Big Cats - oh my!


7. Finished with the Giraffes and a band-aid for Mommy's blister.

We are going to go again when it cools off a little bit more. Maybe the animals will be out and about more too.
